Having clarity of purpose and vision is key. Often the ‘personal’ purpose gets lost behind the corporate agenda. Successful leaders have inner clarity about their purpose. Louisa Welby-Everard

Louisa has spent the past 22 years working with senior leaders in a coaching and advisory capacity. Her clients are drawn from a range of sectors spanning politics, media, retail, pharmaceutical, aviation, investment banking, wealth management, fund management, private equity, and the charity sector.

Louisa works with leaders who operate in challenging environments, helping them navigate all aspects of their leadership, deliver beyond the transactional, and engage with impact and confidence. Her philosophy and approach are forged by her time working for the BBC in Westminster and 22 years’ coaching experience, which has provided her invaluable insight into the levers of success required to drive compelling, inspiring and visible leadership.

Louisa has designed and delivers a Leadership Communication Course at Cass Business School, is a certified practitioner of Hogan and PRISM Brain Mapping Assessments and an ICF accredited Executive Coach.
